Is this a booking engine or a channel manager?

No. Parals is the back office — invoices, staff, payroll, supplies and the compliance paperwork. It sits behind whatever you already use to take bookings.

What does moving across cost me?

Staff and suppliers can be entered directly, and invoices are pulled from myDATA rather than re-keyed, so the history arrives without typing. Tell us what you are on now and we will say plainly how much work it is.

Do I need AADE credentials?

For the myDATA import, yes — your own AADE user ID and subscription key. Everything else works without them.

Can I run two hotels on it?

Yes. Each property is its own workspace with its own data, reached from the same sign-in.

Where does the data live, and can I get it out?

In the workspace databases behind your account, with full archives you can download and restore yourself. It is your data and it leaves with you.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the property and how many workspaces you need. Ask us and you will get a number, not a funnel.
